Volleyball Recap: Wauwatosa West Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Wauwatosa West waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Cudahy Packers by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Josie Schwake paced Wauwatosa West's offense, picking up six kills. Schwake got some help from Cora Eisenmann and her 12 assists. Kate Koenigs controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wauwatosa West's win bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Cudahy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Wauwatosa West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against South Milwaukee on the 13th. As for Cudahy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Whitnall at 6:30 p.m. on October 7.
