Football Recap: Loganville Takes a Loss

Loganville extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They lost to the Madison County Red Raiders on the road by a 33-15 margin. If the Red Devils were looking for revenge after losing 27-7 to the Red Raiders when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Despite the loss, Loganville still got an impressive performance from Zach Hill, who rushed for 210 yards while picking up 12.4 yards per carry. Hill's longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.

As for Madison County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 30.5 points this season.

The critical scores for Madison County came from Trynt Latimore, Garrett Smith, and Dashun Brown.

Loganville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 28-6 loss against Oconee County on the 5th. As for Madison County, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 34-28 victory against Commerce on the 5th.
