2A League 7 Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Carter Jaeger Earns League's Top Spot

Starting off the list is Sterling's Carter Jaeger, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Jaeger's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 140 rushing yards dating back to last season. His longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.

Jaeger and Sterling will challenge Brush at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers had to take a loss when they last met the Beetdiggers, but Jaeger had little to do with the loss: he made 14 total tackles (2.0 for loss). Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Eric Rico put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday.
