Volleyball Recap: Dylan Ortiz Key Part of Team Effort in Bulls Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Academia Avance, Alliance Bloomfield was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Aspire Ollin Jaguars by a score of 3-1. The Bulls have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 19-25, 25-17, 25-20.

Alliance Bloomfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dylan Ortiz led the charge by getting eight aces.

Alliance Bloomfield's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Aspire Ollin, they dropped their record down to 1-2 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Alliance Bloomfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against New Roads on the 7th. As for Aspire Ollin, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Los Angeles Leadership Academy on the 7th.
