Volleyball Recap: Pawnee Comes Up Short

Pawnee lost against Auburn back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Pawnee sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-22, 20-25, 25-18.

Pawnee's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Auburn, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Pawnee has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against North Mac on the 15th. As for Auburn, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Springfield Southeast on the 12th.
