Softball Recap: Aloha Takes a Loss

Aloha lost against Westview back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcats, falling 11-2. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Abby Dimeo made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Avery Dimeo was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and one double.

Aloha's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Westview, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-8.

Looking ahead, Aloha will square off against Southridge at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Warriors are facing the Skyhawks at the right time seeing as the Skyhawks are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Westview, they will venture away from home to take on Franklin at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
