Conrad and North Dallas are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Chargers are taking a road trip to face off against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Conrad will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Conrad took a nine-run defeat the last time they faced off against Carter, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Chargers skirted past the Cowboys 10-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Chargers have posted since February 7th.

Lincoln typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday North Dallas proved too difficult a challenge. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 21-10 win. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 12 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Valeria Rojas was a standout: she scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games she's played. Kiyonna Foster was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

North Dallas has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.1 runs over those games. As for Conrad, they pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Conrad might still be hurting after the 15-0 loss they got from North Dallas in their previous matchup back in March. Can the Chargers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
