Softball Game Preview: St. Ursula Academy Arrows vs. Toledo Christian Eagles

The St. Ursula Academy Arrows will challenge the Toledo Christian Eagles at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. St. Ursula Academy is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.

St. Ursula Academy couldn't beat Lutheran North on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Arrows lost 21-7 to the Mustangs.

Sydney Schlachter led a balanced group of hitters, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Sydney Hoffman, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Toledo Christian came up short against Emmanuel Christian on Wednesday and fell 9-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost nine in a row.

St. Ursula Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Toledo Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
