The biggest upset of the week belonged to Hanover-Horton, who defeated 439th ranked Hanover-Horton, 18-14. Bryce Glazier threw for 104 yards during the win.

Grass Lake was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from third to first in Cascades. Earlier in the week, the Warriors defeated Michigan Center 27-20.

The Cardinals' dynamic duo of Dylan Zaborowski and Drew Dowding proved to be unstoppable against Grass Lake, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Zaborowski threw for 203 yards and Dowding had 115 yards receiving. Brandon Knapp helped Michigan Center's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 50 yards.

Michigan Center's dynamic duo of Zaborowski and Dowding proved tough for Randy Cole's team to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Zaborowski put up the best numbers in passing as Troy Allen's team fell to the Warriors.

Jack Hatt was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 22 carries, he ran for 178 yards as Napoleon fell to Grass Lake. Tucker Dillon also contributed to the rushing game with 25 yards on the ground.

Hatt provided a threat through the air and on the ground as the Pirates defeated East Jackson. Hatt's key target this week was Tyler Kryst, who caught 2 passes for 39 yards.

Stefan Saunders made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Warriors topped Michigan Center. The 6-foot-3 senior grabbed 5.0 sacks.

Dowding was the best receiver in the league this week as the Cardinals fell to Grass Lake.

Michigan Center's Zaborowski and Trevor Frizzell have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Cascades in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Zaborowski has thrown for 434 yards this season, while Frizzell has 5 catches for 150 yards. Hatt from Napoleon leads the league in rushing with 453 yards.

As it stands, the Warriors are in first, while Scott Ashe's team is in fifth.

Addison moved up to 419 from 482 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Panthers climbed the ranks as a result of besting the Comets 18-14.
