Baseball Game Preview: Biloxi Indians vs. Harrison Central Red Rebels

For the second straight game, Biloxi will face off against Harrison Central. The Indians will welcome the Red Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Biloxi has given up an average of 6.7 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Last Tuesday, Biloxi came up short against Harrison Central and fell 11-7. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For Harrison Central's part, MJ Conner and Kolton Beard did most of the damage at the plate: Conner scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4, while Beard scored two runs while going 2-for-4. What's more, Beard posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryan Travis, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Biloxi's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Harrison Central, their victory ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-18.
