Volleyball Recap: Lebanon Has No Trouble Against Oak Hills

Lebanon hadn't done well against Oak Hills recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Highlanders. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Highlanders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2018.

Lebanon's got stronger as the match went on, holding Oak Hills to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 28-26, 25-21, 25-14.

Ava Long paced Lebanon's offense, picking up 23 kills. Long got some help from Mandy Ludwick and her 32 assists. Mara Sebulsky controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

The win made it two in a row for Lebanon and bumps their season record up to 10-13. As for Oak Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-8 record this season.

Lebanon will take on Little Miami in a tournament on Saturday. Oak Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
