Softball Game Preview: Glenbrook South Titans vs. Prairie Ridge Wolves

The Glenbrook South Titans will square off against the Prairie Ridge Wolves at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The timing isn't great for Glenbrook South: they have been struggling with seven straight losses at home dating back to last season, while Prairie Ridge has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.

Highland Park hit Glenbrook South with a six-run first inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Titans took a 9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Giants.

Sophia Buckingham was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Alex Arey also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
