Baseball Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short

The matchup between Wayne County and Pulaski County on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Cardinals fell just short of the Maroons by a score of 14-12. The Cardinals have struggled against the Maroons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Wayne County's loss dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Pulaski County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-11.
