Westlake won the last time they faced East Beauregard and things went their way on Monday too. The Westlake Rams came out on top against the East Beauregard Trojans by a score of 15-11. Considering the Rams' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Westlake's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for East Beauregard, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westlake will welcome Lacassine at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Westlake has given up an average of 11.7 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for East Beauregard, they will challenge DeQuincy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. East Beauregard has given up an average of 10.9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
