Recap: Middletown Blue Raiders vs. Boiling Springs Bubblers
The Middletown Blue Raiders entered their tilt with the Boiling Springs Bubblers with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Middletown came out on top against Boiling Springs by a score of 59-51 on Monday. This was payback for Middletown, who suffered a 52-46 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Boiling Springs lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brandon Ascione, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Richie, who scored ten points.
Middletown has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Boiling Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-7.
Middletown will head out on the road to take on Carlisle at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Carlisle has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 341 points over their last five matchups. Boiling Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
