Softball Recap: Kickapoo Panthers vs. North Crawford Trojans

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wonewoc-Center, Kickapoo was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 13-7 margin over the North Crawford Trojans. The Panthers not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 1, 2025 (when they won 20-2).

Kickapoo got a big performance out of Haylee Peterson, who went 1-for-5 with two stolen bases and two runs. Peterson is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least one every time she's taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Lorelai Young, who earned three RBI and one run.
