Volleyball Recap: East Davidson Comes Up Short

East Davidson lost against Central Davidson back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Eagles came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16, 25-12.

Leading Central Davidson to victory were Cayman James and Addison Hayes. James had ten digs and five aces, while Hayes had nine digs and three aces. Those five aces gave James a new career-high.

East Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Central Davidson, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

East Davidson has already played their next game (against Lexington Senior), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Central Davidson, they will face off against Ledford at 6:15 p.m. on the 26th.
