Volleyball Recap: Brantley County Takes a Loss

Brantley County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines. The Herons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolverines apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Brantley County's loss dropped their record down to 11-21. As for Woodville-Tompkins, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.

Looking ahead, Brantley County will head out to face off against Toombs County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodville-Tompkins has already played their next game (against St. Vincent's), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
