St. Vincent-St. Mary took a loss when they played away from home last Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They took down Walsh Jesuit 62-46. The victory continues a trend for the Fighting Irish in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Hawken beat Wickliffe 40-31 on Monday. That nine point margin sets a new team best for the Hawks this season.

St. Vincent-St. Mary better keep an eye on Sarah Liu. She was instrumental in Hawken's win, going 6 of 12 to rack up 18 points. The dominant performance also gave Liu a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (50%). Another player making a difference was Cami Courtad, who posted five points and 12 rebounds.
