Recap: Carolina International Comets vs. Sugar Creek Wildcats        
        
		
            
 The Carolina International Comets entered their tilt with the Sugar Creek Wildcats with six consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with seven. Carolina International took their  matchup at home  on Tuesday with ease, bagging a  78-41 victory over Sugar Creek. Carolina International has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven  contests by 29  points or more this season.
  Michael Davis was  his usual excellent self,  going 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 24 points and 0 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Landon Griffin, who  scored 14 points along with six  assists and two  steals.
 Despite the loss, Sugar Creek still got an impressive performance from   Aidan Gatewood, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 11 points and nine  rebounds.  Terry Watson was another key contributor,  scoring nine points.
 Carolina International has  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 12 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Sugar Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 13-10.
 Carolina International will be playing at home against Valor Preparatory Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Carolina International is coming into the  match with five straight  wins at home,  meaning Valor Preparatory Academy will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  win. As for Sugar Creek, they will head out on the road to  face off against  Apprentice Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Sugar Creek is facing Apprentice Academy at the right time seeing as Apprentice Academy is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
