Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Montwood). They were the clear victor by a 19-4 margin over the Chapin Huskies on Tuesday. Considering the Rams have won seven matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
The team relied heavily on Mia Telles, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024. Jaeda Quinones was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-5.
Montwood kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
