Osceola is 9-1 against Dorchester since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Osceola Bulldogs will challenge the Dorchester Longhorns at 2:30 p.m. Osceola knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Dorchester likes a good challenge.

Osceola is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering McCool Junction just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 65-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs.

Meanwhile, Dorchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 66-6 loss at the hands of Cross County. While losing is never fun, the Longhorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 277th, while the Cougars are ranked 47th).

Osceola's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Dorchester, their loss dropped their record down to 1-14.

Everything came up roses for Osceola against Dorchester when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 63-21 win. Does Osceola have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dorchester turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
