Volleyball Recap: Carl Albert Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Carl Albert can now relate to. They came up short against the Mount St. Mary Rockets on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Rockets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Mount St. Mary found their leader in sophomore Camila Garcia, who had eight digs.

Carl Albert's loss dropped their record down to 21-12. As for Mount St. Mary, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-11 record this season.

Carl Albert does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount St. Mary, they will take on Oklahoma Christian at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
