Baseball Recap: Glenelg Country Comes Up Short

Glenelg Country lost against Indian Creek back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Dragons took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Glenelg Country saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Gensemer, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Glenelg Country's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Indian Creek, they moved to 4-12 with that victory, which also ended their 11-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Glenelg Country will square off against Our Lady of Mount Carmel at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Dragons are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Indian Creek, they will challenge Annapolis Area Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
