Baseball Recap: Notre Dame (SO) Comes Up Short

Notre Dame (SO) and Etiwanda squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Notre Dame (SO) had to settle for second. They lost 11-5 to the Eagles. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in April of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Larkin Fleming was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one double. That double was his first of the season. Dominic Cadiz was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run.
