The Bridgewater/Emery Huskies are taking a road trip to take on the Flandreau Indian Indians at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Bridgewater/Emery has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 21.

Last Friday, Bridgewater/Emery had to suffer through a 55-28 loss at the hands of Gayville-Volin.

Meanwhile, Flandreau Indian lost to Tiospa Zina on the road by a 48-29 margin on Friday. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Wambdi recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Bridgewater/Emery's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Flandreau Indian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Everything came up roses for Bridgewater/Emery against Flandreau Indian in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 64-25 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bridgewater/Emery since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
