Softball Recap: West Lincoln Takes a Loss

West Lincoln fell victim to Bandys and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Trojans. The Rebels haven't had much luck with the Trojans recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

West Lincoln saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Stacia Cowan, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double.

West Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Bandys, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Coming up, West Lincoln will host Maiden at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Maiden will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something West Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bandys, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 10-3 win against St. Stephens on the 26th.
