Volleyball Game Preview: Patrick County Cougars vs. Appomattox County Raiders + How To Watch

The Patrick County Cougars will head out to square off against the Appomattox County Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Patrick County lost 3-0 to Franklin County last Thursday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-15, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Appomattox County waltzed into their contest on Thursday with 19 straight wins... but they left with 20. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Hawks.

Appomattox County was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16, 23-25, 25-10.

Appomattox County's win bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Patrick County, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Patrick County might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Appomattox County when the teams last played back in November of 2022. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
