Softball Recap: American History Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bard, American History was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 16-14 victory over the Eastside Ghosts.

The win got American History back to even at 1-1. As for Eastside, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

American History and Eastside will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Eagles are set to challenge their familiar foe College Achieve Paterson at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Eastside will take on rival Clifton at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
