Soccer Game Preview: Anacortes vs. Squalicum

Anacortes is 0-8-1 against Squalicum since March of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. Anacortes will be playing at home against Squalicum at 7:00 p.m. Anacortes' last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Anacortes is headed into the matchup without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. Neither they nor Lakewood could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Squalicum made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mount Vernon on Saturday. They blew past the Bulldogs 4-1. The result kept Squalicum happy, as they haven't lost a game since February 15th.

Squalicum's win bumped their record up to 3-0-2. Anacortes' draw gives them a new season record of 5-0-2.
