Basketball Recap: Romulus Takes a Loss

Romulus lost against Naples back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Romulus Warriors came up short against the Naples Big Green Machines, falling 46-22.

Romulus dropped their record down to 2-15 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Naples, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-7.

Looking ahead, Romulus is taking a road trip to square off against Bradford Central at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Bradford Central's defense has only allowed 27.2 points per game this season, so Romulus' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Naples, they will be playing at home against Honeoye at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Naples is facing Honeoye at the right time seeing as Honeoye is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
