Northwest Christian School lost to Davenport back in November of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Crusaders narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Gorillas 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Crusaders as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Northwest Christian School's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Davenport, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-3.

Northwest Christian School and Davenport should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Crusaders will challenge Chewelah at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (59 vs. 357). Meanwhile, Davenport (ranked 73rd) will meet Kettle Falls (ranked 333rd) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
