Twin Valley South took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Dixie, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers had just enough and edged out the Greyhounds 2-1 on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since September 30, 2024.

Brylii Day paced Twin Valley South's offense, picking up eight kills. Day got some help from Danika Caldwell and her 22 assists. Caldwell also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Emilee Zinn, racking up five apiece.
