Soccer Recap: South Pointe Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South Pointe can now relate to. They fell just short of the A.C. Flora Falcons by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. South Pointe haven't had much luck with A.C. Flora recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

South Pointe's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14-1. As for A.C. Flora, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-5.

South Pointe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for A.C. Flora, they will challenge Wren on Saturday. Wren's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
