Basketball Game Preview: Sussex County Tech vs. Cedar Grove Panthers

Sussex County Tech just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Cedar Grove Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Sussex County Tech ended up a good deal behind Newton and lost 56-40. Sussex County Tech has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Cedar Grove gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 44-34 win over Golda Och Academy.

Sussex County Tech now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Cedar Grove, they pushed their record up to 1-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Sussex County Tech came up short against Cedar Grove in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, falling 60-56. Can Sussex County Tech avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
