Baseball Recap: West Central Area Takes a Loss

West Central Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Wheaton Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

West Central Area's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Wheaton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Central Area will take on Minnewaska Area at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wheaton, they will host Upsala/Swanville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
