Hopefully Conrad Science is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Benjamin Franklin in their respective states (Conrad Science is ranked 11th in Delaware, while Benjamin Franklin is ranked 294th in Pennsylvania).
Conrad Science's 13-5 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They took a 57-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mount Pleasant. Conrad Science has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Benjamin Franklin unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. The game between Benjamin Franklin and Carver High School of Engineering & Science wasn't particularly close, with Benjamin Franklin falling 67-48. Benjamin Franklin has not had much luck with Carver High School of Engineering & Science recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from David Winchester, who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Kneco Hill, who scored ten points.
