Football Recap: Audubon Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Audubon extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping them down to 0-3. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 22-17 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pennsville Memorial Eagles. The Green Wave lost against the Eagles in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 46-0 score last time.

Pennsville Memorial's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Rylan Hardy had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 55 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 47 receiving yards. That's the most receiving yards he has posted since back in September of 2024.

Audubon has already played their next game, a 29-0 loss against West Deptford on the 25th. As for Pennsville Memorial, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-16 win against Camden Catholic on the 26th.
