Soccer Recap: Coweta Takes a Loss

Coweta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 5-3 to the Shawnee Wolves. Coweta were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Shawnee apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2015.

Landon Stephens and Ja'Bryan Smith scored all three of Coweta's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Coweta's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Shawnee, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5.

As of now, neither Coweta nor Wolves have any future games scheduled.
