Soccer Recap: Fayetteville Comes Up Short

Fayetteville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Cascade Champions. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Champions when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Fayetteville's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cascade, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-2.

We've got a battle between Tigers coming up. Fayetteville will need to watch out since Marshall County has now posted at least four goals every time they've taken the pitch this season. As for Cascade, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lincoln County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
