Redondo Union's contest on Tuesday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They blew past the South Spartans 3-0. Considering the Sea Hawks have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Redondo Union and bumps their season record up to 8-2-2. As for South, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Palos Verdes the next time they take the pitch. South will head out to face Palos Verdes at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, while Redondo Union will host them at 3:30 p.m. on January 14th.
