Volleyball Recap: Mcpherson Beats Girard for Their Fourth Straight Victory

McPherson had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Girard Trojans. This was payback for the Bullpups, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

In the two sets McPherson was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-14, 25-7.

McPherson's win bumped their record up to 19-4-2. As for Girard, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-10.

Girard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Paola on the 4th. Hopefully McPherson paid attention to the Trojans' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
