Basketball Recap: Riverside Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Riverside, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past the Leflore County Tigers with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 48-33. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Tigers on January 3rd, they had to take a 36-31 defeat.

Antionette Holston and Makiyzah Sims certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Holston posted five points in addition to six boards and four steals, while Sims put up eight points and eight rebounds. That's the most steals Holston has posted since back in November of 2024.
