It's playoff time, and Bowdon had no trouble coming through when it counted. They snuck past Lincoln County with a 35-31 victory on Monday. The win was familiar territory for Bowdon, who have now won ten games in a row.

Joshua Hopkins produced another solid effort throwing for 232 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 101 yards. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, defending one pass and snagged an interception. Berkley Perkins was Hopkins' top target, picking up 80 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Despite the loss, Lincoln County still got an impressive performance from Kelby Glaze, who rushed for 246 yards and two TDs while picking up 12.3 yards per carry. Glaze's longest rush was for an incredible 84 yards.

Bowdon's record is now 13-2. As for Lincoln County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 14-1.
