Baseball Recap: Frontier Comes Up Short

Frontier was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-3 to Pioneer-Pleasant Vale. The contest marked Frontier's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Kolton Ingmire was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Cole Williams, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.

Frontier now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Frontier and Pioneer-Pleasant Vale will both be playing Boswell the next time they take the field. Frontier will head out to face Boswell at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, while Pioneer-Pleasant Vale will host them at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
