Jefferson had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 80-53 blowout they got against the Sabine Cardinals. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 20 points or more this season.

Jefferson's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-2. As for Sabine, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Jefferson will square off against Bullard at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. Jefferson knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Bullard likes a good challenge. As for Sabine, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Sabine Cardinals duke it out with the Arp Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
