Recap: Justice Wolves vs. Edison Eagles
Justice was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 18-5 walloping at the hands of the Edison Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Justice of the 17-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.
For Edison's part, Marley Jackson was incredible, going 5-for-5 with a home run, seven RBI, and three runs. Jackson is crushing it when it comes to hits: she's hit at least three every time she's taken the field this season. Audrey Higgins was another key contributor, going 1-for-2 with a home run, three runs, and two RBI.
Justice's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Edison, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
