Soccer Recap: Powhatan Takes a Loss

Powhatan lost against Clover Hill back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Indians fell 3-1 to the Cavaliers. Powhatan have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Powhatan's loss dropped their record down to 5-10-1. As for Clover Hill, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Powhatan is set to challenge their familiar foe Monacan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Clover Hill will square off against rival James River Midlothian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
