Basketball Recap: Lone Peak Comes Up Short

Lone Peak and Manhattan squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Lone Peak had to settle for second. They took a 40-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Manhattan Tigers. The Big Horns have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

Lone Peak's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Manhattan, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Lone Peak nor Manhattan have any future games scheduled.
