Basketball Recap: Hall Triumphs

Hall hadn't done well against Princeton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Hall Red Devils came out on top against the Princeton Tigers by a score of 62-54. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-46 back in December of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Hall and bumps their season record up to 9-7. As for Princeton, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hall will venture away from home to face off against Erie-Prophetstown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Princeton, they will square off against Bloomington Central Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on January 18th.
